Clean, healthy skin is your first step to
your beauty routine.
The basic steps for correct skin care
are
cleansing, toning and moisturising, include your neck
and chest – morning and night. Indulge yourself with a
soothing mask twice each week.
Be gentle when applying preparations – your facial skin is a
living, breathing and regenerative organ. Do not irritate or
drag your skin. Avoid extreme heat or cold – both are bad
for your skin.
Use

day. Remove your makeup before going to sleep.

- Try to sleep 8 hours a day or
have shorter quality hours
- Sunlight ten to fifteen minutes

absorb calcium, due to the skin’s ability to convert the
sun’s rays into vitamin D
- Shave and moisturize your legs regularly
